Floor Plans are important.  They not only give you an accurate measurement of the home and its rooms but they give the potential buyers a clear understanding of what the property is like and its flow before they even step across the threshold.

We use Leica lasers to measure onsite and then sit down with AutoCAD to draft them out.  You receive a beautiful drawing of the property with all rooms detailed and totals listed.  If you have branding we can incorporate that into the final output.

One service that distinguishes us from anyone else is that we also provide a non-branded right-sized image file (jpg) for you to put up on the MLS.  Now you can market the property using one the floor plan as one of your MLS images!
